The TERMS & CONDITIONS are accepted by the customer by booking one or more of our services. By using the services provided by the company you’re automatically agreeing to follow these TERMS & CONDITIONS unless you proclaim specifically otherwise in advance by notifying our company or a legitimate representative of the company via one of the standard methods of communication with the company noted on our website. The following is not a complete list of terms and conditions and should be used for reference.

CUSTOMER NAME AND CONTRACT NUMBER – FULL NAME, NUMBER OF CONTRACT
LOCATION TO MOVE FROM – ADDRESS, TOWN, POST CODE
LOCATION TO MOVE TO – ADDRESS, TOWN, POST CODE
LIST OF ITEMS TO BE REMOVED – FULL LIST OF THE ITEMS THAT ARE APRT OF THE REMOVAL
The MOVING TEAM’s size depends on the size and complexity of the REMOVAL. Depending on the size and type of the REMOVAL the number of drivers and vans can increase as well as the price for the service.
The QUOTE the customers receive is only an estimate. This estimate includes the standard PRICE FOR 2 HOURS, the NUMBER OF MEN and VANS. The rate in the estimate is not fixed and depends on the information provided by the customer in advance, with calculation of EXPECTED amount of time for completion of the service. Any amount of time beyond the estimate is charged additional PRICE PER HOUR.
An estimate for an hour includes the PRICE OF 1 HOUR service provided by one driver with one van. The minimal service package is TWO HOURS. The final price is calculated after the removal is complete. Any additional time to the estimated removal time is calculated in the final price. All time is rounded up to the closest half hour. CHARGING TIME begins with the arrival of the FIRST removal team.
CASH is the only payment method for any of the services our company provides.
The customer bears the responsibility of PREPARING all items that are to be removed before our removal team arrives. This does not apply for items that are par of our additional PACKAGING SERVICE. Please note that the packaging is NOT part of the standard removal service package.
It is the customers obligation to provide both easy access and prepare the premises of both the initial address and the destination address.
ALL ITEMS must be safely packed in boxes, bags or any other container that makes them convenient for removal and transportation and those containers much be safely sealed (taped, glued, tied, etc.). There are additional charges for transporting all items that are not part of the initial quote.
In certain instances an ADVANCED PAYMENT is required which may be either a fraction of the FULL ESTIMATE PRICE. Prepayments are given directly to one of the drivers BEFORE the removal takes place. All other additional charges are paid AFTER the removal is complete. Addition fees such as parking fees are paid by the customer BEFORE the removal completion. Any fees due in relation to completing a removal are paid by the customer BEFORE the removal is compelte.
Any COMPLAINTS about the quality of services or the CONDITION of the transported items should be made BEFORE the removal is completed. Complaints can be submitted for both the condition of the items and the premises of the removal. Complaints are accepted only for damage caused directly by the removal such as – full or partial breaking, tearing, scratches, bending, holes etc. Complaints are NOT accepted AFTER the customer made a payment. Paying the service is considered an ACCEPTANCE of the condition of both the items and the premises by the customer.
Our company is not responsible for any delays due to events such as road traffic, extreme weather and similar unexpected events. No specific time frame foe completion of a removal is set and we’re not responsible for any possible delays.
By agreeing to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS the customers also agree that our company si allowed to use their organization or company logo for reference on any of our websites’ sections that list customers.
